Rush Service

For an additional 25% of labor costs we can rush your order to be completed within 5 business days of arrival to us. Rush service is dependent on parts availability.

Terms & Conditions

Please properly pack and insure your equipment before shipping to us as we are not responsible for any damage caused by the carrier or improper packaging. Please also do not send extra parts unrelated to the service requested. If shipping internationally, we are not responsible for any import/export taxes, duties, and/or fees. Upon arrival to our facility, we will document and photograph the condition of your items and keep them secure while in our possession. Our service technician(s) will then review your items and prepare an estimate for the work. There is no charge for the estimate as long as any or all of the work is approved. If the estimate is declined, a fee will be assessed for our time. Upon completion of the work, your items will be made available for pickup or shipped to you at your expense. Any work performed by RDH will be warrantied for a period of 90 days.
